Herr Klingbiel is 38 years old and is
believed to be the agent of the M.A.M. Diesel Company.
He was an Engineer Officer in the German Navy
till he retired after being repatriated in January, 1919,

Arms are coming into Kwangsi without a
Nanking huchao through Indo-China to South Eastern
Yunnan, and thence across the provincial border,
the French authorities make no difficulties.
German firms are at present using this route for
